Writing the unthinkable with Vanesa Sotelo was a gift. Vanesa teaches us in a very didactic way to find our writing and to allow us to research it. From beginning to end the process of dramaturgical creation is well understood. Her classes are interactive and Vanesa is loving and welcoming. It was a great gift to have been able to take this wonderful course: Writing the Unthinkable. I advise and recommend anyone who wants to venture into writing to do so with Vanesa Sotelo. My first course with Acting Helps was the dramaturgy course with Vanessa and I loved it. She gave us guidelines on how to go deeper into our creations, that I had never heard of before even after having been trained as a screenwriter. I had to miss a couple of classes and both Vanesa and the school care about you, making things easier for you so you don't get left behind. A very recommendable and enjoyable course. Because of the pandemic I've been doing quite a few online courses for more than a year and in relation quality-amount of hours-price which has nothing to do with most other courses in a good way

My second course with Acting Helps, Textual Interpretation, is taught by the actress Melania Cruz. Besides being the Galician actress of reference for me, she has a way of expressing herself that makes you want to speak like her. And she helps you to do it in an easy way, with enthusiasm. You can't wait for the week to be over so you can listen to her instructions again. She makes it so easy that it doesn't seem like an online course.

My third course, Stage Direction, is taught by Tito Asorey and it is amazing. He has an incredible charisma and every class you take you learn some useful concepts in a fun way. For people like me who barely knew the world of theater and for people already more involved in it, as a professional colleague. The course flew by. What I learned with Tito was incredible From the first moment you realize that he is great. I got a lot of good advice about directing actors, something that is not easy to get, since there are hardly any online courses in this field.

Because of the pandemic I got really sick of having online classes, I could never have imagined years later to return to take online classes and enjoy them so much. I have been very lucky in this course, starting with Antonia who is responsible for Acting Helps, a very close person and very caring with all of us. I had a great time with my classmates, and I was very comfortable with everyone. The online classes were very fun because everyone participated and that made the classes dynamic and fun.

The Stage Project Management course is probably the most complete and deepest course you can find. A long, intense and very personalized course, where you get first-hand knowledge and experience from the director of one of the most renowned theater festivals in Spain. I especially appreciate the close treatment, total dedication and proximity, which help you to enter a space of 'study' of all the processes necessary to make a theatrical or scenic project. The information is complete and the professor is extremely accessible to resolve doubts or expand knowledge. I highly recommend it.

These last few months have been so hard for everyone and we had to be at home so much time, so I decided to take advantage of it and do something beneficial for me: to start the Vocal Technique Course (singing voice) at Actinhelps. I always liked to sing but I couldn't reach very high notes or very low ones, and I was too embarrassed to sing if someone was listening to me. In just 6 months I have managed to widen my range of notes, intoning better and losing the fear of making mistakes and of being heard.
